STOURPORT residents woke up to find a burnt-out car in the town centre last week.
Firefighters rushed to York Street in the early hours of the morning to find a vehicle well alight.
A crew from Wyre Forest Fire Station were called out 2.31am, with two firefighters extinguishing the flames using breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service also confirmed there were no casualties.
West Mercia Police were also called to the scene of the fire.
Firefighters finished putting out the fire and making the scene safe at 3.33am.
