A MAN has been taken to hospital with potentially life threatening injuries after being in collision with a lorry in Worcestershire.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the A451 Stourport to Great Witley road, about half a mile outside Stourport, yesterday.
An ambulance was on scene within five minutes of the 999 call, at 4.20pm.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "The man, who is understood to be in his 20s, went under the lorry.
"He suffered a potentially serious head injury and a deep laceration to his forehead.
"The ambulance crew stabilised his condition at the scene before taking him, on blue lights, to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, where they had requested a trauma team be on standby."
