THE former Highdown Nurseries site at Iverley near Stourbridge has been put on the market.
Stourbridge property agents Hexagon Commercial Property and Birmingham property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton have been instructed to act for the sale of land and buildings on Sugar Loaf Lane.
The site was previously home to the popular nursery and tearoom which closed in 2021 after a long-running legal dispute with a neighbour over use of a driveway.
The property comprises a vacant garden nursery with associated agricultural land as well as two separate self-contained three and four-bedroom semi-detached homes.
A spokesperson for Hexagon Commercial Property said the instruction is for the sale of the agricultural land and residential accommodation – with offers in excess of £1.35 million being sought for the site which is approximately 8.94 acres (3.602 hectares).
For more information regarding the sale interested parties can contact the retained selling agents Hexagon Commercial Property or Lambert Smith Hampton.
