THE Kidderminster-based Classical Music Society will host the Federation of Recorded Music Societies' 70th annual meeting on Wednesday, October 18, at Bromsgrove Golf Club.
The society last hosted the event in 1989.
The business meeting will be followed by a programme of recorded music, titled The Platinum Collection.
After dinner, the Duo Ross - Joanna Kirkwood on flute and Victoria Green on guitar - will appear in association with Birmingham Conservatoire.
The Classical Music Society is presenting a programme of recorded French music on Friday, July 14, to mark the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille.
The programme will be presented at Holy Innocents Community Centre, Kidderminster, starting at 7.30pm.
