CLASSIC musical Oklahoma! will be performed by Great Witley Operatic Society for their annual spring production.
A cast of more than 30 people will stage the production at Worcester’s Swan Theatre from Tuesday, April 9 until Saturday, April 13.
The amateur group, who last year celebrated their 60th anniversary, usually perform Gilbert andSullivan operas.
This year, however, they are taking on the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical that first opened on Broadway 70 years ago. The show includes favourite songs such as Oh What a Beautiful Morning, I Can’t Say No and The Farmer and the Cowman Should Be Friends.
Performances are every evening at 7.30pm and there is a matinee on Saturday, April 13 at 2.30pm.
