FRANCES OAKES Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch on November 17th 2020. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Thursday December 17th 2020. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for the Royal Osteoporosis Society.
