CHAPLIN Jean Ann From Kidderminster. Passed away peacefully at home on 16th January in the loving care of husband Bob and daughter Dawn. Much loved Wife, Mum, Nan, Great Nan, Sister, Aunt, and very dear friend. Always in our hearts and happy memories.
