PIETKOWICZ (Nee Page) Jacqueline Heather Passed away peacefully at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on February 19th 2021, aged 61 years with her family at her side. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Edward and all her family and friends. A private family service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, are to be shared between the Forest Dog Rescue and the Alzheimer's Society c/o Edwin Harris & Sons Ltd, 1 Crane Street, Kidderminster DY11 6XT.
