HOWELL Frank Passed away peacefully after a long illness on 1st April 2021, age 91. He will be sadly missed by his wife Joan and his family and friends. Many thanks to staff at Astley Hall for making his last few months so happy. A private funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium due to Covid restrictions. Family flowers only. Donations will be collected for Cancer Research UK c/o Edwin Harris & Sons Ltd, 1 Crane Street, Kidderminster DY11 6XT. Tel 01562 822625.
