DOWNING William 'Bill' Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Monday October 4th 2021 at 3:30pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to the Speedway Benevolent Fund c/o Edwin Harris & Sons Ltd, 1 Crane Street, Kidderminster DY11 6XT. Tel. 01562 822625.
