SCOTT Dan Passed away at Alexandra Hospital aged 71 years. He will be lovingly missed by Val, family and friends. His service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Thursday 9th June at 3.30pm. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only with donations welcomed for Leukaemia Research.
