SMITH Hazel Of Blakedown. Passed away peacefully at Westley Court Nursing Home on the 26th of November 2022. A Wife, A Mother, A Grandmother and a great friend to all that knew her. The funeral Service will be at St James the Great, Blakedown on 9th December at 2:30pm, followed by a burial for family or close friends.
