EVANS Jeff 15-12-1959 19-05-2023 Passed away suddenly at home on the 19th May. Loving husband to Sara, father of Sam and Suzie. Grandad to Tallulah, Poppy, Lincoln and Heidi. Funeral service to take place on Friday 30th June at 12.30pm at the Wyre Forest Crematorium. Wake to be held at The Old Waggon and Horses, Wribbenhall, Bewdley.
