CARTER Richard John Died in Cyprus on 27th October 2023 aged 49 years. He leaves his Mother Jane, Brother Paul, Sister Emma and his children Noah and Pippa. Funeral service at St Mary's Church, Kidderminster on Thursday 7th December 2023 at 2.15pm followed by cremation at Wyre Forest Crematorium.
