Open conclusion in inquest of Stourport woman's death
AN INQUEST held into the death of a Stourport woman has recorded an open conclusion.
Sylvia Smith, of Beach Road, Areley Kings, was 61 when she died on Saturday, August 2.
The court heard she had been found collapsed at her home and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital where she died.
The medical cause of death was stated as a paracetamol overdose and end stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
