KIDDERMINSTER firefighters were called to a car that was on fire in Torton.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew were called to the car which was well alight on the A442, in Torton, shortly before 10.55am on Monday (June 6).
A spokesman from HWFRS said: “One fire engine from Kidderminster fire station attended the incident.
“The fire was extinguished using one hose reel and two breathing apparatus.”
Later that morning, a crew were called out to 100 square metres of railway embankment which was on fire in Lisle Avenue, at around 11.30am.
