Students and staff at Haybridge High School and Sixth Form are once again celebrating an outstanding set of results this summer as students collected their examination results on 18th August, proud of the hard work they have put in over their school careers and looking ahead to their university and career options to come. Many students will be taking up places at some of the best universities in the country.

Haybridge staff were thrilled that 99.4% of students passed the A level courses they were studying. 52% of students achieved A*-B in their chosen subjects – a truly fantastic achievement, demonstrating the quality of the experience studying at Haybridge offers alongside the students’ hard work.

A number of our students will be embarking on some of the most competitive courses in the country. Hannah Danks and James Sutton have both been accepted to Cambridge to read Economics and Medicine respectively. Two of our students will be going to Oxford to read Law: Ellie Chatwin and Chinvati Bhardwaj. Dharani Yogasivam and Laura Moreton will be taking up prestigious and highly competitive places at Kings College, London and Birmingham to read Medicine.

Also celebrating significant success for outstanding results are Sarah Berry, who gained 3 A* and will be going to read Mathematics at Birmingham; Charles Bruce, who is going to York to read PPE and Abigail Richards, heading to Warwick to study Mathematics having achieved 3 A* along with Alexa Wittkop, who achieved 3 A* and an A.

Congratulations must also go to the following students for their excellent results: Rachel Bradley, Philip Lowe, Monica Reading, Lizzie Margetts, Heather Pope, Ninian Schmeising-Barnes, Morgan Stucki, Tom Bagley, Harry McDonald and Anisha Uppal.

Year 12 are also celebrating some excellent AS level results today. Grace Bird, Owen Coyne, Daniel Greenhow, Olivia Naylor, Jack Payne and Sara Stark-Georghiades all achieved AAAA and Samuel Morgan achieved an impressive AAAAB. We wish all our AS students well in the coming year as they begin to make decisions about their future paths, taking inspiration from the success and hard work of our Year 13 cohort.
