SHOTGUNS and ammunition were stolen during a burglary at a property in Bewdley.
The incident took place at a property in Kinlet, in Bewdley, between 6pm on Thursday, June 22, and 9.30am on Friday, June 23.
A spokesman from West Mercia Police confirmed five shotguns and ammunition were removed from the property during the incident.
The guns were:
- Belgian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no. 15323,
- Belgian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no. 5226,
- BSA 12 Bore single barrelled shotgun, serial no. A160405,
- Midlands gun co 12 bore single barrelled shotgun, serial no. A340760,
- Russian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no. H17290.
West Mercia Police is appealing for any information relating to the burglary, or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area around the time of the incident.
Police would also like to speak to anyone who has had anyone trying to sell the guns to them.
Anyone with information is asked to call officers on 101, with incident reference number 0212S of June 23.
