POLICE are appealing for witnesses after thieves stole power and agricultural tools from Severn Valley Railway.
The burglary took place at the SVR station in Westbourne Street, Bewdley, at sometime on Sunday, December 9.
A spokesman from West Mercia Police said: "An unknown offender or offenders are believed to have forced entry to the premises sometime on Sunday, December 9.
"A quantity of power and agricultural tools were removed.
"Enquiries are currently ongoing and officers would like anyone who was in the area or who witnessed people acting suspiciously at the time to come forward."
Anyone with information is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 242S of December 13.
