THE 661 Kidderminster men killed in action in the First World War will be remembered during a candlelit vigil on Sunday (November 11).
Kidderminster Town Council is encouraging people to take part in the remembrance event, which will see battery candles or tealights placed on residents' window sills at 7.18pm.
The council is hoping to receive 661 photographs via email of residents' candles in recognition of the lives lost.
Photos should be sent to liam.hollis@kidderminstertowncouncil.gov.uk or to the town council's Facebook page.
