A WOLVERLEY drama group will take audiences on a trip into the woods for their latest pantomime performance.
The Wolverley Village Players will invite panto fans to join them for a night of nursery rhyme fun in their production 'Into the Wolverley Woods.'
The performance follows familiar characters who set out on a quest to find ingredients for 'The Great Wolverley Bake Off.'
On their journey, the characters are plagued by an evil witch, but fortunately the blue fairy aids them in their quest.
The pantomime is directed by Jayne Peters and written by scriptwriters from the players, and the performance will be accompanied by a live band and professional sound and lighting.
'Into the Wolverley Woods' will take place at Wolverley Memorial Hall from Wednesday January 23 to Saturday January 26.
Each performance begins at 7.30pm and there will be a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
Tickets cost £7.50 or £8 and are available via wegottickets.com.
The Wolverley Village Players are welcoming new members into their group and people who like more information can visit their website wolverleyvillageplayers.co.uk.
