THREE men from Kidderminster remain in police custody after a body was found at a house in Broad Street on Thursday night.
The men, aged 27, 28 and 61, were arrested on suspicion of murder over the weekend after police officers discovered the body of a man in his 40s at around 10.45pm on May 23.
Police were called following a report of a man found dead at the property and he was confirmed deceased when emergency services arrived at the scene.
West Mercia Police said this morning (Tuesday) that the three men - all from Kidderminster - remain in police custody at this time.
A 48-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder shortly after the discovery was released without charge.
