A BODY found at a house in Kidderminster last week has been identified as 48-year-old Paul Lundy.
Police officers discovered a body at a house in Broad Street at around 10.45pm on Thursday, May 23, following a report of a man found dead at the property.
The identify of the man has now been formally confirmed as Paul Lundy.
Nathan Calder, aged 27, of Eddy Road, Kidderminster, appeared in front of magistrates today, charged with his murder.
He will next appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday, May 31.
Two men, aged 28 and 61, who were arrested on suspicion of murder, have both been released without charge.
A 48-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder shortly after the body was found was also released without charge.
Detective Chief Inspector Carl Moore said: "I'd like to ask that the privacy of Paul's family be respected at this extremely difficult time."
