A TRIBUTE to a musical legend is coming to a Stourport venue.
Made of Steele - An audience with Barry and Lynne Steele will feature Barry singing classics from Roy Orbison, while Lynne will read excerpts from a book she has written about their success story in the world of entertainment. There will also be specially selected questions from the audience.
The pair have spent the last 20 years putting on their renowned theatre show The Roy Orbison Story.
Now they are bringing their intimate new show to Stourport Civic Centre on Thursday June 24.
Lynne's book - entitled Made of Steele - charts their rise in the music industry, after starting out at a holiday park talent show in Cornwall.
She said: "Made of Steele is an honest and uplifting book detailing the many pitfalls that have beset us over the years, as we were completely naive and inexperienced.
"Now we have taken this one step further and we are so proud to present our new and intimate production."
Tickets for the Stourport show are priced £18 and are available at thecivicstourport.co.uk.
