DOZENS of shops in Kidderminster were photographed in 1935 and 1936 to record the premises in different council rates groups.
Tobacco merchant A Preedy and Sons in the Bull Ringwas placed in the £100 rate group. F Randle, Horsefair and Clement Dalley were in the £20 rate group.
Two neighbouring shops are pictured. In Coventry Street, A Giles sold tobacco and A Farlow was a sweet shop.
