DRIVERS using the M5 in Worcestershire will be faced with delays for a few more weeks as long-running work on a junction continues.
Highways West Midlands confirmed the work at Junction 4A (Bromsgrove) northbound would continue until October 11.
The work, which has seen a lane closed off, has caused delays and traffic problems throughout.
A spokesman said: “We’re carrying out some essential barrier repair work at junction 4 of the M5 northbound in Worcestershire.
"We’ve put a temporary speed limit in place while we carry out these works to help keep our workforce safe.
"We’d encourage motorists to leave additional times for their journeys while travelling through this section of the M5 while we carry out this vital work."
