POLICE have launched a witness appeal after a crash in Wolverley which left a man with life-changing injuries.
A blue Kia Optima estate crossed the carriageway on Shatterford Lane and crashed into a tree, officers have said.
The incident happened on Saturday, October 2, at around 5.45pm, near Wolverley Sports and Social Club.
A 46-year-old man sustained life-changing injuries and was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham by ambulance.
A spokesperson from West Mercia Police said: "Officers are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision get in touch via www.westmerciapolice.uk/tua/tell-us-about/ or by calling 101, quoting incident 446i of 1 October.
"If you have information but don’t feel comfortable speaking to police, you can speak to the independent charity Crimestoppers. It is 100% anonymous, they never ask your name and they cannot trace your call or I.P address. You can contact them online or by calling 0800 555 111."
