THE terrifying moment staff escaped from a massive fire at an industrial estate in Kidderminster was witnessed by a customer.
The eyewitness was on their way to pick up samples from MCD Kidderminster this morning (Monday) when staff came out of the building.
Describing the "scary" fire, the man said he arrived just as the fire took hold of the building on Hoo Farm Industrial Estate.
"I was going to MCD Kidderminster which is a carpet distributor to pick up some things and get some samples.
"It had just started as I got there and there were only one or two fire engines on site.
"They were trying to protect the other businesses.
"I've now been moved about 250 years away.
"I can hear the crackling, the fire engines and sirens.

"Fire engines are still arriving now.
"Nobody has been hurt I've been told - I asked a staff member who said it was an electricity control box that exploded apparently.
"The estate has been entirely evacuated. Everyone came out of the whole estate and were watching stunned.
