CANDIDATES for an upcoming by-election in Kidderminster have now been revealed.
The by-election is to fill the Franche and Habberley North ward vacancy on Wyre Forest District Council, with the election being held on Thursday, June 16.
Anna L’Huillier previously resigned as a councillor after voicing concerns about Wyre Forest’s new Local Plan, which was approved by the council last month.
Ben Brookes is the Conservative candidate for the upcoming by-election, Kate Sewell is the Labour candidate, and Oliver Walker is the Liberal Democrat candidate.
Poll cards will be sent to those registered to vote in the Franche and Habberley North ward.

Electors are asked to check their poll cards for details of their polling station. Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Those who are not already registered to vote have until midnight on Friday, May 27 to apply. People can apply via www.gov.uk/registertovote, providing a national insurance number and date of birth.
Those who are registered to vote in the ward can request a postal vote and completed applications must be received no later than 5pm on Monday, May 30.
The count will take place after polling stations close on Thursday, June 16.
