A GNOME-FILLED event is returning to Hartlebury Castle after its successful debut last year.

On Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3, Gnome on the Roam, inspired by the children’s book of the same name, will be bringing visitors a family fun day out.

Children can adopt, decorate, and name their gnome, before taking them around the castle.

Families can also meet other gnomes as they follow the gnome trail and enjoy a short performance of Gustav the Gnome’s adventure.

Chantel Summerfield, operations manager said: “Last year showed that gnomes are really popular; families loved spotting the ones hidden around the site and the children’s creativity decorating and naming gnomes was fantastic.

“This year Gustav is also roaming the Castle as the gnome trail.”

The event is set to be held between 11 am and 4 pm and normal whole site entry fees apply, plus £6.00 per gnome which must pre-booked online.
