THE paddling pool at St George's Park in Kidderminster has now reopened after glass was found in the water.
The pool closed on Monday (July 11), but has now been inspected, cleaned and reopened on Tuesday morning (July 12).
A Tweet by Kidderminster Town Council said: "Gentle reminder that pool shoes are to be always worn when in the pool, and bottles and glass are strictly prohibited inside the gated area or pool at all times.
"Please always follow safety signs."
Meanwhile, the Riverside Paddling Pool in Stourport also reopened on Tuesday following repair work.
It comes as temperatures are predicted to soar throughout the week across the country.
On Monday, the Met Office issued an amber weather warning for extreme heat across parts of the UK.
It is being enforced across the East Midlands, east of England, London, South East, North East, North West, South West, Wales, West Midlands and Yorkshire and Humber.
