SHOPPERS will have the chance to back British troops with a collection being held outside a supermarket.
Lin Morris, 52, of Bewdley and her daughter, Rachel Green, 30, of Kidderminster will be outside the town's Tesco store in Castle Road from 4pm, on Friday March 14.
The team ran a successful Christmas parcel appeal sending goods out to soldiers serving in Afghanistan.
Mrs Morris and Mrs Green have now set up the Frontline Aid group to collect money to send to the military ward at Selly Oak Hospital and re-start the parcels appeal.
They have already raised £262 and intend to begin posting the parcels containing food, sweets and other goodies in April.
