CHILDREN are invited to hit the treasure trail and test their local knowledge next month in a charity fund-raiser.
Kemp Hospice chiefs are organising the Wyre Forest treasure hunt, on Sunday, April 27, aiming to make children more aware of their local environment.
Fund-raiser, Kate Wilkinson, said: "This walk is a fantastic opportunity for families to explore one of the most beautiful areas in the country and it is right on our doorstep."
The route is a mile long, with 25 clues relating to plants and animals along the way. An activity pack will be presented for completing the course.
The event is aimed at eight-year olds and their families, with proceeds going to the hospice.
