A YOUNGSTER from a Kidderminster Brownie group was "ecstatic" when she scooped first prize in an online competition.
Lauren Bromell, 9 , has been a member of the 12th Kidderminster Brownies for two years and won a Nintendo Wii and a game for the console, after answering what makes a horse happy and healthy.
She also won a trip to the Horse Protection League Centre, in Somerset, for her group, on April 1.
The nine-year-old entered the competition on the Brownies website and drew a picture of food, a stable and hay.
Karen Bromell, Lauren's mother, said: "Lauren's ecstatic about winning. We never thought she would get the first prize. She was on the ceiling when she found out she'd won.
"I'm very proud of her. Brownies is brilliant for the girls. It's good for social abilities and Lauren goes to a wonderful Brownie pack."
