FAMILIES looking to celebrate a traditional Easter activity this year should look no further than Dudmaston Hall, near Bridgnorth.
This year, the National Trust property's annual Easter trail is supported by Cadbury, which is giving an Easter egg to every child who completes the trail.
The event takes place on March 23 and 24, 2008. For more information, visit www.eastereggtrail.com.
The National Trust Easter Trail provides a great day out for families to enjoy together.
Egg hunters will follow a trail map around Dudmaston visiting trail' points and collecting clues. On their return, they will receive a free Cadbury Egghead' Easter egg. In addition, visitors can enjoy creating their own Easter cards.
Cadbury's support of the National Trust Easter Egg Trail is part of the company's Purple goes Green' initiative, a programme to reduce its impact on the environment. The Cadbury Egghead' Easter eggs, which are the trail prizes, are unboxed so use 70 per cent less cardboard packaging than the equivalent sized egg; creating less waste.
The confectionery company is contributing £150,000 to the National Trust Ancient Trees and Woodland conservation programme as part of the Easter Egg trail activity and its commitment to the environment.
