WI - Four visitors and 31 members, including new member Fran Jones, attended the March meeting held at Drumant House. In May, Cookley will be joining Wolverley WI for the resolutions evening.
On June 6, Twinning WI' Wychbury have invited members to a summer supper.
Four members volunteered to go on the programme planning committee for 2009.
Speaker for the evening was Mrs Carol Gough, who gave a talk about Sunfield, the residential home for young people between the ages of six and 19 who have severe and complex learning needs. The home is set in 58 acres in Clent and has 460 staff.
The next meeting is on April 14 when Jackie Gregory will talk about her work with the ACWW. All welcome.
