THE roll-out of the new English national free bus pass has been delayed.
Wyre Forest District has been assured by the Government's provider that they will be despatched by first class post, by March 31.
Residents' current passes will continue to work on local journeys in Worcestershire.
People wishing to travel outside of the county will need to obtain a temporary national pass by visiting the Worcestershire Hub at Kidderminster Town Hall, Vicar Street, with their current local pass.
When travelling outside Worcestershire bus passengers will need to show both their district council pass and temporary national pass.
Residents with queries should contact the Worcestershire Hub on 01905 765943 or drop in to town hall uub office.
