LIFE is beginning to return to normal for Kidderminster Operatic and Dramatic Society as they prepare for their first production in three years.
The Society will be performing ‘Out of Focus’ by Peter Gordon at the Rose Theatre from next Wednesday, September 21 until Saturday 24.
The play, which is set in the annexe of a church hall, revolves around a series of unfortunate over bookings.
Consequently a remarkable mix of characters from the local community descend upon the hall at the same time ranging from a brownie troupe, badminton players, auditions for the local pantomime and a man intent on delivering a talk on steam locomotives.
It leads to hilarious consequences, show director Laura-Jo McConnell said: “ I have thoroughly enjoyed directing the hugely talented cast in this very funny comedy!
Tickets for the production can be booked through the Rose box office on 01562 743745 or on-line at www.rosetheatre.co.uk
