POST office closures have led to longer journeys and longer queues for the majority (61 per cent) of Shuttle Online voters.
But a significant number of those voting in last week's poll felt closures had made no difference at all to them.
With the future of 2,500 post offices hanging in the balance due to cost cutting, we asked how previous closures had affected readers.
Almost one in four (39 per cent) of those voting said they had experienced longer queues, but an identical number (39 per cent) said the closures had made no difference at all.
Twenty-two per cent of those taking part in the poll said they had to make longer journeys - but no-one casting a vote said the service had improved.
