PLANS to change the use of an empty Bewdley property into accommodation for young adults with social needs was tonight recommended for refusal by the town's councillors.
The applicants, Camelot Healthcare Ltd, want to convert the property, in Longbank, from a four bedroom to an eight bedroom dwelling.
Around 30 of the town's residents attended tonight's meeting to voice their objections.
