ROCK icon Robert Plant presented trophies to runners taking part in the historic 'Round The Wall Race' in Cookley.
The annual race, which has been running for 80 years, raised £260 for Cookley and Wolverley Dementia Action Alliance.
The race, which started at The Eagle and Spur pub and covers the circumference of the village, was won by 16-year-old Alex Reeve.
Runner-up Mark Roelink, who is a member of the Amazing Feet running group, said: "It's a lovely little run.
"It was only a fiver and it was quite an enjoyable day.
"I came in second in the race, but I was the fastest veteran".
Fellow Amazing Feet runner Emma Harrison was the fastest female in the race, and Sarah Boswell was the fastest female veteran.
Mr Roelink also praised Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant, who lives local to the area, for taking the time to present trophies to the winners.
"He supports local charities and it's good of him to give his time to come and do that", Mr Roelink added.
"He's very generous with his time".
The Kidderminster North Safer Neighbourhood Team attended the race, which took place on Sunday (September 25) and described it as a "great community event."
They said: "Congratulations to the winners but most importantly to those who took part and those who supported them".
