POLICE have appealed for information after an attempted burglary in the Marlpool area of Kidderminster.
Three men were seen acting suspiciously in the front garden of a property in Beaulieu Close at around 3.30am on Sunday February 5.
Dressed all in black, the suspects were believed to be between 20 and 30-years-old.
The men fled when disturbed by a resident and they were seen getting into a black vehicle.
Kidderminster East and North PCSO Nichola Thomas said in a neighbourhood alert that a lock had been cut off a side gate to the property and an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry via the rear was made.
She said the attempt to access the property resulted in criminal damage and she added that it was thought the suspects were “after the keys to an Audi on the driveway”.
Anyone with information about the incident or other suspicious activity in the vicinity is asked to report it online at www.westmercia.police.uk, quoting police reference number 359_I_05022023, or call police on 101.
Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111 or by visiting their website crimestoppers-uk.org
