BEWDLEY’s Becky Hill bagged the Best Dance Act prize at the Brit Awards for a second consecutive year.
The annual awards ceremony was held at the O2 Arena in London on Saturday night (February 11).
In her acceptance speech, the pop star, who has lent her voice to numerous top 10 dance singles, said she was touched by the comments on being nominated and spoke of her “imposter syndrome”.
She was nominated alongside Bonobo, Calvin Harris, Eliza Rose and Fred again..
The Bewdley-born singer, who also performed on the night, said: “The biggest thanks of all has to go to my fans who for another year have helped me win a Brit Award.
“My imposter syndrome kicked straight in when the nominees were announced and I was so scared and when I read all their comments I was so touched so thank you so much”.
