MEMBERS of the public are being warned to call police if they are approached by a man asking them for money.
West Mercia Police want residents to be aware of Mr Jason Barker from Kidderminster, who was handed a criminal behaviour order (CBO) back in February 2007.
As part of the CBO, which is indefinite, he is prohibited from approaching any person in a public place in England and Wales who is not known to him and asking that person for money or encouraging or instructing others to do this.
