POLICE have appealed for information after burglaries in Rock, near Bewdley, Worcestershire.
An outbuilding at a home in Tenbury Road was broken into overnight on Saturday April 15.
Bewdley and rural PCSO Jeni Bray said: “The offender or offenders damaged and removed the lock which was later found nearby. Nothing appears to have been stolen.”
A home was also burgled in Quarry Road, Rock, sometime between 3pm on Saturday April 15 and 12.30am Sunday April 16.
PCSO Bray said: “The offender or offenders walked through an insecure side gate then, with a sharp implement, forced the triple glazed window from the wooden frame.
“A jewellery box was stolen from the address.
“Some items, confirmed to be from this burglary, were later found in the Pensax area.”

The police reference number for the incident in Tenbury Road is 215i of 16/04/2023; while the number to quote to provide information about the incident in Quarry Road is 22i of 16/04/2023.
