THE site of a former Stourport shop that closed in May is now on the market.
The Original Factory Shop unit on Bridge Street is now on sale, with a price tag of £650,000.
The building is being sold by estate agents G Herbert Banks.
The listing said: "The subject property comprises a former supermarket premises which has been adopted as retail space for the last 10+ years.
“The property is categorised as retail within Use Class E and can therefore be used for the following uses: retail shop, financial & professional services, café or restaurant, office use, clinic, health centre, creche and gym”.
The Original Factory Shop called time on its Stourport store following a review earlier this year.
A spokesperson for The Original Factory Shop said: “We regularly review the stores across our property estate and unfortunately have taken the decision to close our Stourport store.
"For the last few weeks, we have been consulting with colleagues at the store and are working hard to support all of those affected.
"We’d like to thank all our customers for their support and look forward to welcoming them at any of the three stores, which are all located within 20 miles.”
