A planning application was submitted to Wyre Forest District Council, seeking the construction of three dwellings with access, landscaping, drainage and all associated works at the former Chaddesley Driers Site in Chaddesley Corbett.
The development comprises the construction of one three-bedroom detached bungalow and two two-bedroom detached bungalows. A shared access drive and parking area is located to the west of the homes, with private gardens to the rear of each property.

The planning officer said: "The redevelopment of this previously developed site within the green belt is appropriate development that results in no greater physical impact that the fallback position of one large detached dwellings on the site.
"The proposed dwellings are well designed and are positioned to enhance the visual appearance of the site".
