Police have urged residents to stay vigilant after a suspicious man was spotted trying car doors on a street in Kidderminster.
The man was spotted by a resident and ran off just after midnight on Thursday, November 2 in Nightingale Drive, Spennells.
He had a slim build and was dressed all in black with a beanie hat.
West Mercia Police said: “There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property and where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.
“We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
“If you have information about this or any other suspected crime, please let us know using the online ‘Tell Us About’ form on our website www.westmercia.police.uk, quoting incident reference 001_I_02112023.”
