HOMES in Wyre Forest were hit by a large power outage yesterday evening (Tuesday, November 14).
Residents took to social media to alert others to the power cut, which reportedly affected areas in Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley.
In response to a query about the "intermittent" power cuts in the DY10, DY12 and DY13 areas on X, formerly known as Twitter, the National Grid customer service team said: "We were aware of a large outage in the area but everyone is now back on supply and we don't anticipate any more issues."

It looks like we had a trip on our high voltage network so a large area was affected. All supplies should now be restored. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
