Police have launched an appeal after thieves broke into a parked car in Kidderminster.
The incident happened at around 1.16am yesterday (Thursday, November 16) when theieves smashed the side window whilst the vehicle was on Plimsoll Street.
Items were found on the floor next to the vehicle with the offender running off after being disturbed by patrolling officers.
The suspect was wearing dark hooded clothes.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who might have any information or that might have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or saw anything suspicious.
“We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.”
